Puppies (Up to 12 months)
We highly recommend puppies start their grooming journey once they are vaccinated to assist with the desensitising process.
Most breeds should be groomed on a 4-8 week cycle (depending on how much home maintenance is done between grooming visits)

This service is suited as an add on to deshed services and wash dry brushes. Eg. Double coated dogs.
After their bath and deshed we scissor tidy their feet, leg feathering and hind legs. (fluffy bum)
Terms, Conditions and Surcharges
* CANCELLATION FEES
We understand that circumstances can change, however, if you need to reschedule your appointment, a min of 24 hours notice is required for all bookings.
For cancellations less than 24 hours, fees apply and must be paid prior to rebooking.
BEHAVIOURAL SURCHARGE FROM $15
Whilst we are happy to work with dogs who are reactive or have behavioural issues (T&C apply), these do take extra care and time to ensure both our staff and your dog are safe for the entire groom.
We reserve the right to terminate or cancel any service, with full payment required, should your pet's behaviour become unsafe to continue at any time during their visit, at the discretion of our staff.
Staff must be notified at time of booking of any behavioural issues that may affect your pets grooming visit. Failure to notify staff may result in immediate termination of services.
Staff must be consulted at time of booking if your pet will be on any behaviour modifying medication prescribed by the vet, along with contact details for the prescribing vet should our staff need to discuss prior to your pets appointment.
MATTED SURCHARGE FROM $15
A matted coat takes more time to carefully remove without causing pain or injury to your dog. There is also an increased risk of injury, and a likelihood of discovering pre-existing injury underneath the matted coat such as skin infections or bruising.
Removing a matted coat also damages our grooming equipment. A surcharge applies for matted dogs.
All matted dogs will be taken very short to ensure their groom is as safe and comfortable as possible.
DEMATTING SERVICE FROM $20
De-matting is where we slowly and painlessly break apart matting to enable a longer, styled haircut. This service is only available for dogs who tolerate being brushed and combed, and where the matting is small & localised to a small section.
Heavily matted dogs, and those who don't enjoy the grooming process, will be clipped short instead. Price will depend on amount of dematting, and time required
